    All of the following are grounds for immediate termination.

    Resource Abuse

    Resource abuse is any activity, intentional or otherwise, that consumes sufficient system resources to negatively impact other clients or equipment. Clients that willingly or unwillingly participate in resource abuse will have their services suspended and given notice. Except for blatant cases of intentional abuse, clients will be given a chance to rectify the situation. If the client is unable to resolve the situation which resulted in the abuse, the service will be terminated. Accounts of repeat or intentional abusers will also be terminated.


    Any email-based communications sent without the consent of the recipient. Knowingly permitting or initiating unsolicited communication is grounds for immediate termination, and a permanent ban from any future service.

    Malicious and Illegal Content

    Any type of script, code, or other file that performs harmful action, either to the user affected or as a bulk action triggered by the user; or any content that violates Philippine laws. Knowingly permitting or hosting Malicious Content is grounds for immediate termination, and a permanent ban from any future service. Illegal content or data will be immediately taken down from servers and destroyed, unless requested as evidence as mandated by court order from a Philippine court. PinoyWebhost will cooperate fully with authorities in prosecuting criminal action involving content hosted on our network.

    Pornography and Adult Content

    Hosting pornography and adult content is prohibited. Definition of pornography shall be in accordance with Philippine law.
